The best friendly service.
Friendly staff . Very knowledgeable and they don't pressure you to buy a bunch of stuff you don't need . They keep it simple and easy to understand how the different levels and chemicals have a effect on the pools chemistry. I've learned a lot by going here and feel comfortable with everyone I talk to. Plus they have Cat's chillin all around so bonus points.

It does not get any better than this place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They know pools. It's a drive for me to get there but worth it. If you have a pool Litchfield Pools is the place you should be going. They also have a great stock of parts and supplies that are cheaper than that other place...

Great service and fair pricing. Had my pool cleaner rebuilt and got a much cheaper price than buying a new. They gave me the pros and cons of both options instead of just trying to sell me a new one. I drive 20 minutes past a popular pool supply company because Litchfield Park pool is in it to help people and not all about getting the most money they can from someone.
Litchfield Park Pool Supply replaced my pool Sand Filter and back flush valve. Bo did a fantastic job on the replacement. Good communication, on time and professional. The store also has every part you could imagine and some. The staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recomend this company for parts and service.
I took my pump to Litchfield Park Pool Service today for new seals. Even though the store was busy the job was done in half an hour, all for the cost of parts plus a reasonable $10 bench fee. And the tech answered a few of my questions to make sure I got the pump back together right. I used to go to Leslie's for pump seals, and they could handle these simple jobs in the store, but since the last time I needed this they've decided they'll only send a guy out for service, for who knows how much $$$. Not that I've had bad experiences at Leslie's, but I'd rather support a local spot like this. I browsed the aisles while I waited and LPPS has a large stock of original parts on hand, vacuum and cleaner repair, fittings, fixtures, gauges etc. that a pool owners needs from time to time, all at reasonable prices. It seems like the kind of mom & pop place it's nice to have around. Not flashy, just focused on what the customers need.

I was in a bind with a cracked Jandy Union fitting. All the big name places like Leslie’s Pools and Shasta were no help at all. Oh sure, if you wanted chlorine, cleaning equipment or pool toys, they were spot on, but the critical items that keep your pool running like the plumbing parts, they had nothing. Do yourself, your piece of mind and your pool a favor and make this store your only stop. You will not be disappointed.
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, as soon as you walk in you can tell it is a family oriented place. Prices are pretty competitive as well.

Great place for pool supplies, every time I go in for pool parts, no matter how obscure the part is, Litchfield Pool has that item, never disappointed.
Recently had my pool drained, blasted and had new filters replaced. My wife and I are very pleased with the results! We worked with Victor and he was very kind, professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We have been with Litchfield Pools for over 10 years and don't plan on going anywhere soon.

We came home yesterday to a dirty pool, my husband thought the motor had gone out. He called them today & they quoted him based on what he had described to them it would be around $700. The young man Beau, came out & fixed it!! Then gave me the good news that it was only going to cost the trip charge & $15 for the starter!!! Thank God for HONEST people!! This was my second trip here. Both times had knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. So, this time I went to a closer store (was tired and didn't feel like going the extra 5 miles) with a name (Suzies, or Lisas, something like that). Fortunately for me, they didn't have my relief valve in stock. I did get the price though, $50. Went ahead and drove to Litchfield Park Pool Supply. They had a basket full of them. $20. Just for the fact that the other store was overcharging ( not the first time for me) I drive the extra 5 miles from now on).

I took my vacuum in to be serviced when all the other pool shops told me I couldn't fix it and had to buy a new one. Well Litchfield park pool supply not only fixed it, but didn't charge me. I went back to them recently and paid whatever they asked to have a new light installed just because they did me right. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Your staff reiterates the same advice I learned then, instead of trying to get me to buy needless things and chemicals I don't want to use because I learned how to take care of my pool the best way from the county. They know pools. Unlike a chain store that hires common folk and tells you the 30 chemicals you should add to your pool each and every time you go.
Great place for pool stuff. Not much of a store to buy pool games and toys. But they have thousands of pool parts. Chemicals and hardware are priced great. Staff seems knowledgeable, and sells you only what you need. I tried Leslies, but they hardly know what they are talking about and prices are outrageous.

I dropped in here to grab some supplies and some advice one day and I was very impressed with how helpful the employees are here. They helped me with some issues with my pool and they connected me with another company that could do some of the work I needed done to my pool. The chemicals work great and they are priced well. This is now my regular pool supply store.

Called other pool stores for a ring clamp for my filters they quoted me a price of 190.00, when most sores were in the mid 200.00 range with a large chain pool store wanting over 300.00 for the same part. When I went in with my old part they fixed it for free saving me almost 200.00. I have found my new pool store. They were great and also very helpful with in testing my water to dial it in for the summer.

Was in need of repairing my pool vacuum repaired. I called to see if they could get the parts so I could do it myself. They told me they had the parts and to bring it in and they would repair it for just the cost of parts and no labor cost. I went and they repaired it in less than 20 minutes and at just cost of the parts. They have definitely earned my business for the future!
These people are GREAT. I've gone to them for everything I need and never left disapointed. I'm a do-it-yourself type and I have a pool and large spa and their advice is always dead on. When I first started taking care of my own pool and equipment I went to a couple of different pool supply stores and of course a Leslies or two. Not bad help but I was never impressed with the knowledge that is found at Litchfield Park Pool Service.

Normally it would be bad to have a consumer blindly follow the advice of someone trying to sell you something, but I've been going here for 8 years now and they take the guess work out of knowing what chemicals to add to your pool. This is one time it's good to defer to an expert.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS!!! Very honest not in business to rip you off. Went in to purchase $300 replacement part they looked at old part and owner and staff were able to fix right there on the spot saving me $300 very impressed, they could’ve easily just sold me the new one without checking the old one to see if it could be fixed. Will definitely be calling them when we need any pool service/repairs.

Have had Litchfield Pools totally replace my pump and filter system. Their technician Bo is the pros pro period!!Have had them(him) out on multiple occasions finishing up my system. I’m 63 been around the horn more times than I care to admit. He is that employee that every business wants. He’s the best. Very thoughtful very precise and explains everything in great detail. Fixed my pool scrubber in less than 5 minutes
Rented a pump to drain my pool for tile cleaning and it needed water replacement due to high TDS. Pool tile cleaner wanted $125 to drain my pool, the pump was $50 for 24 hrs and it couldn't be easier.
These guys have literally everything you need, and will actually help you ,answer all your questions,and give you solid advice, and explain things very well. I will ONLY come here for now on..Leslie's Pool Supply is a freaking joke.
Love this place. Bought my home a little over a year ago with a Pool and I have never had to take care of a pool by myself. They have what I call a "little pool vacuum graveyard" that is so cool to look at while they fixed my vacuum at the service desk. They don't over charge anything. Nice little family owned place. I don't enjoy going to the big chain spots like leslies. The whole family is knowledgeable in pools and can pretty much help walk you through anything.

Instead of just selling any 2.25 inch O-ring, they asked what it was for. Then they asked for the equipment name. They looked up the equipment, got a breakdown on all the parts, had me show them where I was using it, and got the exact o-ring per the manufacturer.
I have shopped here a few times with great results and today was no exception. I was looking at their inventory to find a gasket for my Pentair STA-RITE 3 filter housing. I was greeted promptly and asked what the model number was. I didn’t have that on me however, I had the filter model and he researched it and found the gasket. The cashier was super nice. And the final price was better than Amazon! 👍 S U P P O R T L O C A L!!! 👍
Thank you to Bart, Mike and crew. Your in store on-site repair station crew saved the day by replacing my daughter's variable pump motor main seal and pump gaskets in less than an hour.
5-13-2022.. Once again, Litchfield Pool Supply does it again for me. I had a problem with my pop-up modulator. I called a pool repair man and he wanted $350 to come to my house and repair the problem. Next I went to Litchfield Pool Supply and met with Antonio. Antonio told me how to remove the parts and bring them to the store. Complete rebuild of the modual a wopping $43.00. Antonio was absolutely awesome. He explained everything in detail. 9-15-2016 I purchased a home in August that had a pool with a very complex variable speed pump and timer system. I could not figure out how to set and delete cleaning times even with the manual. I contacted Litchfield Park Pool Supply and asked for help. Was told that they have a "Pool School" where they would send someone to my house and run through the entire system with me. Melissa contacted me and asked me to send her photos of my system. The next day she came out and ran me through the entire system and showed me things I had no idea that the pool system could do. She was amazing how much she knew about the system and gave several suggestions on how to save money and prevent parts from breaking down. I always find when I go into the store that everyone is always helpful. I have read some of the other reviews where others were dissatisfied but I have not experienced anything like that. Thank you Melissa for the great advice regarding my pool.
