We recently started going to Litchfield Park Pool Supply and Service after having a frustrating experience elsewhere, and the difference has been night and day. This is a great locally owned shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff who genuinely want to help. Instead of trying to upsell products we don’t need, they take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure we understand exactly what our pool actually needs. It’s been a consistently positive experience, and we really appreciate the honesty and customer service. We’re looking forward to continuing to do business here.

Fantastic pool service and very professional.

Our hot tub cover was in desperate need of replacement. Jack took care of everything! He measured the current cover. Placed the order for the new one and then used his personal vehicle to pick up it up. He brought it to our home and took the old one away. He went the extra mile, literally!! I had a Pentair Pool Pump installed by Litchfield Park Pool Supply and installation went well. 2 months later I had some error codes disable the pool pump and Jack, Patrick, and team got in contact with Pentair and resolved my issue in a timely manner. Lifesavers, had a my regular pool guy do an acid wash on my pool and it came out all splotchy and uneven as he was to afraid to go aggressive. I was told by some neighbors to call the team over at LPPS and was connected with Bo, who was very professional and took the time to look at the pics I emailed and told me, he could fix it, but would need to come out and see it first, well not only did he show up super early the next morning, but also got it all acid washed and evened out within 2 hours and I could not be happier with the outcome.
